Our fully remote team of detail-oriented professionals manages millions in commissions monthly, serving as the trusted backbone for our clients' financial operations.

Within 30 days:
Actively participate in monthly client meetings for all assigned accounts to gain a comprehensive understanding of client objectives and relationship dynamics.
Shadow experienced Managers of Client Relations to acquire in-depth knowledge of TelePass processes, policies, and client management best practices.
Conduct introductory meetings with assigned Client Specialists to establish collaborative working relationships and define partnership expectations.
Within 60 days:
Collaborate with each Client Specialist on all of their assigned accounts to observe and document existing client management workflows.
Review, update, and refine training documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current operational procedures.
Within 90 days:
Independently manage the monthly processes for assigned clients with minimal oversight, demonstrating full ownership and accountability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and strategic guidance.
Finalize monthly reports and activities for clients, ensuring 100% on-time delivery
Conduct monthly client calls alongside Client Specialists to review performance and resolve issues
Coach Client Specialists through complex challenges, building their skills and confidence
Create and maintain training documentation and SOPs for client processes
Own client relationships completely, serving as the primary escalation point
Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and process improvements
Step in to handle specialist duties when needed, maintaining service continuity
Build new client processes from scratch when onboarding accounts
Take ownership of outcomes and never let deadlines slip through the cracks
Can juggle multiple client accounts while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Lead with positivity and resilience, turning challenges into opportunities
Coach others patiently while maintaining high standards of excellence
Communicate complex commission issues clearly to both clients and team members
Think strategically about process improvements while handling day-to-day operations

3+ years of client-facing account management or customer success experience
Commission management experience in telecom/technology sectors
Advanced Excel proficiency including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
Team leadership experience with proven ability to coach and develop others
Financial/accounting background or experience with revenue operations
Available during business hours (8am-5pm Central Time)
Located in Illinois, Wisconsin, or NW Indiana (we like to get our team together twice a year in person.)
