Resolve commission disputes within 30 business days, building trust with suppliers and clients
Proactively contact your manager when any potential issue or delay could impact monthly processing timelines or accuracy, enabling early intervention and seamless client experience.
Process commission statements with <1% error rate using advanced Excel manipulation
Generate month-end audit and analysis reports within strict 3-day deadlines
Investigate discrepancies between expected and received commissions like a detective
Resolve disputes with providers and distributors, achieving 85%+ success rate
Enter and verify orders in CRM systems with 99.5% accuracy
Respond to client inquiries within 4 business hours during work days
Manage 5-8 client email accounts and systems simultaneously
Collaborate with team members via Zoom and Monday.com to solve complex issues
Love solving puzzles and won't rest until you find the answer
Can manage multiple client systems and emails without losing track
Ask questions when stuck, but first try to figure things out independently
Work best with structure, but can think outside the box when needed
Communicate proactively during business hours and meet every deadline

Commission management experience in telecom or technology sectors (huge plus, but not required)
